Order Cancellation Requests:
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Processed or Shipped Orders:
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, eligible products may be returned or exchanged under our return policy.

Subscription Cancellations:
- Monthly or recurring subscriptions can be canceled at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before the next renewal date.

Refunds for Canceled Orders:
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
