At J&K Jerky, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that changes happen. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  1. Order Cancellation Requests:

    • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  2. Processed or Shipped Orders:

    • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, eligible products may be returned or exchanged under our return policy.
  3. Subscription Cancellations:

    • Monthly or recurring subscriptions can be canceled at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before the next renewal date.
    • Please email customerservice@jkjerky.com or log in to your account to manage subscriptions.
  4. Refunds for Canceled Orders:

    • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
  5. Exclusions:

    • Custom or personalized orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
