Returns

Returns and refunds are not accepted due to the nature of the product. If there are any issues with the product received please reach out to customerservice@jkjerky.com. (Replacement product is always offered if product has any batch issues, such as taste or spoiled product)

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
