Established in 1980, J&K grew up on the appreciation of true American flavor. Passed down from grandfather to grandson, was the appreciation of honest full flavored beef, lightly seasoned and smoked to perfection. Over the years we saw one of our biggest passions become saturated in preservatives and the true taste of jerky lost in large corporate factories. In an attempt to bring back the fond memories of the jerky we came to love, we came out with an original flavor as well as four other signature flavors. Our Beef
Our beef jerky is made with 100% USDA Choice Sirloin sourced locally here in Southern California. Hand crafted weekly, our beef is double tenderized to increase the tenderness of the meat and enhance it’s flavors. In an effort to minimize preservatives, we use unique homemade marinades with bold American flavors that have been tried and tested for over 20 years. We believe in a quality product, give J&K beef jerky a try, you wont be disappointed!
