Our family has been in the distribution business for over four decades, supplying retailers and customers with quality products. Being on the distribution side taught us a lot about what actually separates a good product from a great one. We've seen it all: the shortcuts, the inconsistencies, and the brands that choose margins over quality. After years of delivering other people's products, we decided it was time to create one of our own, and do it the right way.
We start with quality beef and ingredients, both sourced in the USA, and handcraft our jerky in small batches every week. The beef is tenderized to make it more tender and flavorful, then marinated using our own homemade recipes. Making it in small batches lets us keep preservatives to a minimum while still delivering bold, classic American flavor.
I'm personally involved in quality control and still inspect our jerky every single week. If it doesn't meet my standards, it doesn't go out the door. After decades in distribution, my goal is simple: make something I'm proud to distribute, sell, and eat myself.
